Since 2005, Ageus has founded, built and supported enterprises in Australia and overseas.
The majority of our experience has been spent as a major stakeholder or representing a substantial interest in the business endeavour.

OUR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS START-UP PASSION WAS GAINED INITIALLY IN THE PROPERTY AND CIVIL CONTRACTING SECTORS.
Each property development, investment and project delivery were essentially new businesses, with different stakeholders, financials, processes, products, outcomes and end users in the value chain. From this experience, Ageus was founded in 2005 on the principles of, enterprise development, accelerating business and adding value through growth and efficiencies.
Ageus understands the constraints surrounding existing enterprises, business start-ups, and acquisition of scale and how important up front and early value creation is paramount.
Suitably capitalised or bootstrapping a start-up, we know from experience what can be done to assist in value creation and establishing a corporate presence and brand.

A.M.G (Geoff) Michael B.A. (Econ/Pol)
Geoff Michael has more than 25 years of experience as a director of companies both private and ASX listed, involved with investment, project development and enterprise start-up across a range of industry sectors and asset classes both nationally and internationally.
The majority of his experience has been spent as a major stakeholder or representing substantial investors in a project or corporate endeavour.
Geoff ‘s broad range of experience and commercial expertise allows him to view the enterprise needs from a partnering and strategic perspective. He understands the importance of managing project teams and can identify the specialists required to drive an enterprise or project to its full potential or to a position where value can be achieved via an exit.
Geoff has served on the Board of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Committee member of the Old Halians Association and is a founding director of the Jackman Furness Foundation for the Performing Arts. He has also held committee positions in several sporting organisations.
Michael M. Michael B.A. B.Bus
Mike Michael has over 25 years of practical experience in founding, developing and operating enterprises in Executive and Non-Executive roles, many of which have been from start-up.
He has a track record on both coasts and abroad, demonstrating expertise in enterprise development from concept generation through to divestment.
Michael has held and continues to hold, pivotal lead or support roles in designing and implementing planning frameworks for strategy formulation, as well as optimal structuring and decision-making processes, all to achieve a limiting of risk through process control and strong financial performance through cost control and revenue enhancement activities.
Additionally, the provision of high product quality and customer service based on identified competitive advantages and team building, to deliver an outcome from a value driven solution, often in sectors highly controlled by regulation and governance.
Currently serving as Managing Director of CiVS, Mike has previously served in non-executive Chairperson and Director roles for several ASX listed companies as well holding founding executive roles in numerous enterprises. He is also a past President of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia with a double major in Political Science and Industrial Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Management from Edith Cowan University.
